When is payment due ?
You won’t have to break the bank to have a great website. In the first place, we offer reasonable rates. Secondly, payment will be due in 3 stages. We require 30 percent of the total bill to get started. Another 30 percent after you approve the design, site architecture and graphics. The final 40 percent upon completion of the project.

How long will it take to design my site ?
It depends on how big your website is and how complex you want it to be. We guarantee that for a 5 page website it’ll be ready in 2 weeks from the day we receive all the material that you want on your website (text and graphics). But if you require interactive Flash animation, custom design 3D logo, shopping carts for e-commerce it can take between 4 - 8 weeks.

What if I don’t like my site after it’s done ?
We won’t be satisfied with the website until YOU are. Besides working closely with you through the whole design and development process, we always create a beta or test drive version of your site that you can review and respond to.

You’ll know what it looks like and you’ll get a feel of how it works. This will lead to a series of revisions to fine tune the final look.

How many revisions can I make during the construction of my website ?
As many as it takes to make you happy on the basic design and navigation of the site. But once we reach a point before actual development (building of the site), you’ll have to make up your mind on what colors you prefer, where the logo and images should be and how the information should be organized.

This is to make sure that we quickly get your site up and running within the agreed timeline (and before your competitors get to your customers).

Why can’t I find my site on the web
search engines ?
It usually takes 1-4 weeks for listings to be processed, so chances are your site has not been registered yet. We know it’s frustrating to wait, but rest assured it’ll be there soon.
